Are seats assigned or general admission?
-Seats are assigned and reserved to designated seats when you purchase them. First come, first served.
Is the show kid friendly?
-The show Is family friendly, but not designed with kids in mind. There is Inuendo, but nothing blatantly Inappropriate. In other words, it's not Disney On Ice.
Parking?
-There is a designated parking lot with additional street parking. All free.
Handicap Accessibility?
-There are designated spaces up front for people who have the need for them, along with their guests. They can accomidate mobility accessories or seating, depending on the need. The property Is ADA compliant.
Concessions?
-Available in the lobby. Inventory varies show-to-show.
How long Is the show?
-It varies depending on venue specs and Robby's current set list. The show averages approximately 90 minutes.
Do I need to print my ticket or use my phone?
-Either option is fine.
What happens If I lose my ticket?
-Simply present your ID at the box office for additional tickets to be printed.
When do doors open?
-The theatre house is opened 30 minutes prior to showtime. The lobby is available one hour before showtime.
Dress Code?
-Casual is acceptable, with upscale casual encouraged.
What Is the refund policy?
-All sales are final.
